Surgery Tomorrow...Goal #3 Reached!

Well tomorrow is my thyroid surgery. I found out tonight that it's tomorrow at 12:45, I have to be at the hospital by 11:15am. I also found out that the procedure is about two hours. I'm not looking forward to it, a little nervous and really don't know what to expect. Three things happen tomorrow: 1) They take out the right side of my thyroid, biopsy while I'm still under and find no cancer - YEAH! 2) They take out the right side of my thyroid, biopsy it while I'm under and find that it's inconclusive....boo. They would close me up and continue to test it and within about three days I should have the final results and 3) They take out the right side, test, determine it's cancer and proceed to take out the left. Let's all pray for #1!

On a good note, I'm now officially out of work for two weeks. Just in time....I was going a bit bonkers there for a minute!

Lastly, I weighed in at 233.8 this morning!  That means I surpassed my goal set for 10/19 of 235 and am .8 away from 50 pounds!!  Thank you period. That damn monthly friend is good for something. Isn't it bizarre that the band tightens when you have your period, tightens when you are stressed and somehow makes you drop even more weight during that crap time of the month. AMAZING!

I'm behind on blogs, can't wait to catch up when I'm flat on my back this weekend! xoxo
