I decided to try and eat breakfast this morning. Since my third fill I've only had iced coffee for breakfast and then eaten lunch around noon. As this is saturday and I have no iced coffee....and I'm not a Starbucks fan, I decided to make two eggs with low sodium bacon - 60 calories for three slices. Ate two pieces of bacon and about one egg with cheese. Ate slowly and chewed chewed chewed. I budgeted 20 minutes to eat the entire meal and ate what I ate in about 13 minutes. Horrible pain in my chest feeling. ARGH! I stopped eating and the pain kept getting worse. I did not PB, thank god, but the pain is just now subsiding about 30 minutes later. I think I really need to slim down my portions even further with this fill (even though what I ate couldn't have been more than 1/2 cup). I think I'll do mushies for lunch just in case I'm a bit swollen from last night. I've got the wedding tonight. Long Island weddings are usually a fish option (salmon) and a beef option. I love beef but haven't tried it yet (other than ground beef) and I hate salmon. So, I think I'll do the salad and whatever veggies come with the protein. I'll just have to ensure I get enough protein in me before heading to the wedding.
I really hope that I'm not too filled and that it's just a case of me eating too fast, or eating the wrong foods. This is where being banded starts to get tough!
Oh, I found an amazing dessert last night. I have dessert every night, typically a 100 calorie WW treat. Well, I bought the skinny cow mint cones. YUMMY! 150 calories, so satisfying and tasted just like real mint ice cream. LOVE!
