Getting on the Wii Fit Train
Not alot to report today. I am just about to get on the Wii to work out. Did 45 min Saturday, 40 yesterday and plan to get on for 45 today. I'm down 34 pounds as of this morning! So after a week of only 1/2 a pound loss, I lost 5 last week. Bizarre!

ReplyDeletemaybe it has something to do w. your totm? as i've blogged before, it takes me about 7 weeks to lose 10lbs... but really, I lose nothing for 3 of those weeks, 1 or 2 lbs a week for two of them, and 4 or 5 the other weeks... I'm strange, but as long as it goes down, I try to stay sane!
Great digits Jen. Are you enjoying the Wii? I told you the yoga was hard!! If I don't cheat on it, I get the unhappy face! Keep it up.
ReplyDeleteI seem to be slowing down weight loss wise. I'm gonna get back to walking and next week it's back to the gym for me to try to firm up my arms and thighs :-)
