I have a little crush on Sam from the biggest loser. He's looking REALLY good!
I finished day two of week six today. Next stop, 25 minute run. O.M.G! As I said on my facebook status, I'll need Wed and Thu to mentally prepare for that one!
Amy W, my love, I have adopted one of your recipes and it's my new fave. I cook up some spaghetti squash in the oven for 35 minutes at 375. Then I take my favorite sauce (prego with meat), add some more ground beef to it for protein and put that on top of my "spaghetti" with grated parmesan. YUMMY! It's a great substitute for pasta.
One last thing. I scheduled another fill for this upcoming Monday. You all may remember, but I had a fill two weeks ago of .5, promptly returned the next day to have .25 removed. Shouldn't have done that. Feel like I'm back to where I was before the fill. So, fill on Monday, hoping to get a minor tweak.
24 days 'til California!! WHOO HOO!
Goodnight my lovelies!!

It's amazing watching the transformations of the people on Biggest Loser - not only physical, but mental as well. Every season I say that I'm going to be thinner by the time the show is over, but it hasn't happened so far. Hopefully by next season I'll have my band to help me and I WILL weigh less when it's over. (P.S. I agree - Sam is HOT. Don't worry, I'm married so you can have him.)
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the fill, I hope it gets you just where you want to be. Most of all, kick some ass on that 25-minute run! Can't wait to hear the full report.
ReplyDeleteI am always amazed to see the BL transformations at this point in the season. You are right, they are all looking awesome!
ReplyDeleteHow funny - I was just talking to my trainer about how good Sam on BL looks! I'd say he's borderline Hot!!!! I'm tired just thinking of a 25 minute run so good for you!!!
ReplyDelete5/5 it is! Not sure where your mom is near but there's the one one Shea/Scottsdale and the one up at Tatum/Desert Ridge as well... Just let me know what works best!
Yay for C25k, you are doing great! Spaghetti squash sounds great, I might need to have that soon. And I am with you on Sam, cute boy!
ReplyDeleteI like your spin on the squash, nice and simple, too!
ReplyDeleteYou'll do great with the 25 minute run :-)
I find 2 days of "recovery" is optimal for me between runs- how about you?
Sam is a hottie!
ReplyDeleteGood job with the C25K...Dang, you are kicking ass!
I've got another 2 weeks from my vein surgery but then will be picking it up again...starting over with week 1, sigh Got to start somewhere I guess!
It's yum yum isnt it? We will do it now like every other week for sure!
ReplyDeleteCOngrats on the running! You are doing so well!
I looked at the spaghetti squash today in the store, but I put it down. maybe next time!
ReplyDeleteYou are doing awesome with the C25K
I like Sam's intensity. That is a very attractive trait to me. I start C25K next week when I get the go ahead from my surgeon. I'm excited!!
