O.M.G!!! I just ran 1.875 miles straight in 25 minutes. And now I look just like this picture. I used Amy's visualization technique; visualized myself doing the five minute cool down walk at the end. After running for six minutes I almost gave up. It was hard. I knew if I just kept going to the halfway point, I might make it. Fast forward to six minutes left...what is it with the number six?? Anyway, six minutes left and I thought I was going to die. Truly die. I think this was the hardest thing I have ever done. YEAH YEAH YEAH!!
p.s. Not sure I can do it again. ;-) No...seriously.
