Boo...sick!

Not sure if it's allergies or a full blown cold, but I've been dealing with a scratchy throat for a week that on Friday turned into a mucus fest. YUCK! Bad cough, stuffy nose. All of this means that I haven't attempted my 25 minute run. Frustrating! My plan is to do it tomorrow night after my fill, hoping that as the day progresses I'll be less mucusy! I really want to get past that 25 minute run; feel like once I can do that, I can do anything.

  1. Booo! Take care of yourself first and foremost! You want to get better and if you aren't feeling up to the run because you are feeling under the weather just give it a couple more days! That 25 minute run can wait another day or so.

  3. UGH, feel better! If you don't feel like running mayber you could just do a walk. At least your getting the activity and its not too hard on your system.

  6. I totally understand, I have been fighting the mucus for almost 2 weeks now. It makes my band tight and makes me feel like poo. Mucinex, Chlor-Trimeton and lots water, feel better soon. That run isn't going anywhere!
