Hi All -
Had a great day today. Took the train to Baltimore this morning for a client pitch meeting. It was a joint pitch with my parent company (which is a Public Relations firm). They focus on external communications and media while my team focuses on internal communications, engagement and training. I think it went really well and I had a blast with the team. We find out tomorrow, so keep your fingers crossed. I'm feeling busier at work since coming back from Munich and feeling really good about our little company that could. I have two additional new business pitch meetings this week and a proposal that is going out on Wed. That is all good news.
I'm still jet lagged, but I love it coming this way. I pass out at 9:30pm and am up by 5:30 - 6. Now if I could only get motivated to work out during that time!
I have my fourth fill on Thursday. I feel really good about where I am now, so I think it will be a small one, but I'm not losing this week and hoping this fill will get the scale moving again. I also am not quite to my sweet spot, so hopefully this will get me there. The thing that sucks is my fill is at 11:30am and I have a client party that night. So since I'll be on liquids I guess I'll just be drinking some wine, no food. Happy to be getting this done before Thanksgiving.
So excited that there was such interest in Disney and the half marathon or cheerleading in 2011. I think I'm most excited at the prospect of meeting so many of you in person. xoxo

I don't know what you plan on doing for the marathon but you should start like a site. Something where people commit to doing it and a countdown to the day. That'd be neat since there are so many people interested.

ReplyDeleteI am in the same boat as you , I have my 3d fill on Friday and think I will just get a little one. The scale is moving very slowly at my house but I guess it is moving!!!
Would love to do the 1/2 marathon too
Jen- Things at work sound great! and I too am so excited about meeting everyone at disney. My sister works for them so maybe she can arrange a special tour or something for us depending how many people commit.
