How I'm Doing

I lost a follower....

Did I offend someone?? I just realized yesterday that I had 102 followers and was so excited about that, very very cool. But then today....101. This is not like weight loss people...not fun to LOSE followers. Followers are fun, the more the merrier. ;-)

So, I blogged yesterday about not being able to stop eating (although in reality I probably didn't eat more than 1300 calories) and that my weight loss had been pretty slow over the last month. Woke up this morning at 207.4, down 1.2 pounds since yesterday morning. Note to self: You are not eating enough food, need more calories. ;-) I do find that if weight loss is slow and I up my calories, I lose weight. So I'll keep an eye on this. Since I've been getting stuck more lately I imagine my calories have been pretty low.

I'm officially on vacation!! I've got one call tomorrow from 11-12 and then nada until January 4th!!  WHOO HOO!!

  2. Have a great vacation Jen, you deserve it!!

I too notice once in a while a follower will drop off, then, another one or two will pop up!! So I am not sure why they left or if the same one popped back up!! LOL

But I too love my follower's & try to keep up on every one of their blogs!!

I also noticed that when my weight is holding steady (for a long time) or I am gaining. I find it is because I am either not drinking enough water, not taking in enough protein or eating enough calories. Or a combination of all three!!

    Have a fantastic Christmas!!

  4. LOL....love the follower/ weight loss analogy.
I used to find on 'traditional' diets that I lost more if I kept my cals/points/whatever on the higher end. I think it is the body's way of feeling safe to let go of fat because you are not starving it. I used to find a teaspoon of oil was good too. Enjoy your holidays!!!

  6. Yay for eating more and losing more! Maybe that's been my problem the last couple weeks...I'm not eating enough. I'm sure it has nothing to do with the Christmas cookies, cheetos, etc. :)
