Week is going well, however, I did have a couple of drinking nights this week with friends/events. It is amazing how last week when there was no alcohol my WW points were plenty - in fact I only used 5 extra points - but the addition of liquid calories this week sends me straight into my extra points! Regardless I've kept up on the exercise. Did 8 mins running with 1.5 walking in between yesterday. It was hard but I didn't quit! Today is a rest day and tomorrow I have my first meeting with the personal trainer.
I went to Dan's basketball game on Tuesday not realizing that the gym was on the top floor of the school. No elevator...eight flights up! My butt is killing me today!
