Alert the Presses!

I just went the gym in the middle of the day. 35 mins on the treadmill, 2.33 miles alternating running/walking. Burned 289 calories, according to the treadmill since I wasn't wearing my heart rate monitor... Showered and came back to work. Feeling glad that my workout is DONE for the day!

  3. I just have to say that it is so nice to see you back on here! Now...I should get back in the game and get back to posting (cause I totally agree with that I was most successful when I was blogging the most).
