Quick Comparison Post

Hello Everyone. A quick post from Chicago! Have had a great weekend with friends. Lots of laughs. My band has been good here. Great restriction forcing small portions, only one instance in the bathroom but it was yesterday morning, the day after flying and at 10am. Don't usually eat that early in the morning due to band tightness. We sat on my girlfriend H's deck on Friday night, gorgeous evening. Drank wine, ate chocolate. Saturday we went to breakfast and then headed to The Wit, a hotel in Chicago. We had some spa action (my friend L and I got pedi's, the other four had massages), and then went to the rooftop for some drinks. Stopped at CVS around 4pm, I got a cheese stick and some nuts for a snack (I was hungry!) We got some wine and cheese and headed back to H's apartment. Got ready, went to a great dinner at a restaurant called Hearty. The concept is hearty food that your mom used to make you, but done in a new way. I had beef brisket, which came with an amazing mac and cheese and fried green tomatoes. I'd never had fried green before, yum! I ate probably about 3/4 of a cup of food total, maybe a tiny bit more, had two glasses of wine and was completely satisfied. We went to a bar after that, I stuck to water since it had been a day of drinking and we were all just so tired. We left after an hour and came home to sleep. Just got back from breakfast, I managed to eat about 1/2 of eggs with cheese and two bites of fruit. Again just so tight in the morning. Back at the apartment, and I thought I'd upload some comparison shots from a year ago. The first is us at our friends wedding exactly two weeks before I started the pre-op diet. The others are from last night.

And here's just one more of me alone, year over year.

I'm off to Indiana later this evening. So excited for the week of rehearsing my a$$ off to begin!!
