Yo Yo Yo

My arms are tired from push-ups. Almost too tired to type. ;-) Yep, that's right. Met with my trainer tonight. Had a good workout and more importantly I'm so proud of myself for getting out there. Because of all of the healthy eating, I'm having some stomach issues and I still made it to the park to workout. Yeah!!


Good day. Ate well today.

  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt, 1/2 cup strawberries and blueberries
  • iced coffee
  • salad with grilled chicken, beets, cucumbers, onions and avocado, two tbls light raspberry vinaigrette
  • cucumbers/hummus
  • two super fiber tortillas with grilled chicken, veggies mixture
  • two small peppermint patties
  • TONS of water
I had French today, so I'll leave you with this. Je suis tres bon! (I hope that's right!) ;-)

  1. I didn't know you were learning French! How fun! I don't know any so I have no idea if it's right but it sure sounds nice (in my head).

    You're doing a great job with the exercise and food! Such an inspiration!
