Yo Yo Yo
My arms are tired from push-ups. Almost too tired to type. ;-) Yep, that's right. Met with my trainer tonight. Had a good workout and more importantly I'm so proud of myself for getting out there. Because of all of the healthy eating, I'm having some stomach issues and I still made it to the park to workout. Yeah!!
Good day. Ate well today.
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt, 1/2 cup strawberries and blueberries
- iced coffee
- salad with grilled chicken, beets, cucumbers, onions and avocado, two tbls light raspberry vinaigrette
- cucumbers/hummus
- two super fiber tortillas with grilled chicken, veggies mixture
- two small peppermint patties
- TONS of water
I had French today, so I'll leave you with this. Je suis tres bon! (I hope that's right!) ;-)
I didn't know you were learning French! How fun! I don't know any so I have no idea if it's right but it sure sounds nice (in my head).
