I showed up on Tuesday and about had a breakdown. While doing a set of step up's, I mentioned that coming here "the park to workout" caused anxiety, I hated the thought of it and there was an overwhelming sense of...well puke. He immediately said "let's go for a walk". Two miles later - after loads of sweat, I felt great. We had an amazing conversation where the outcome was essentially that we had to find what worked for me. What I liked, what I could manage and build a routine from. He knows I like to walk, so my new workout became walking two miles in the park, pushups and abs. It was perfect, do-able and I don't dread having to go back again.
Had a very stressful day at work yesterday. I facilitated a group of our new graduates and let me just say, I continue to be shocked at the level of entitlement these younger people feel, especially when a zillion of their friends do not have jobs and are living at home with their parents. I had a confrontation with one of these very entitled, very arrogant grads. Amazing that people are so stupid. I can only blame his arrogance. I will visit his manager and the head of his group next week. I have confidence they will back me up and help him to adjust the way he treats people. Don't mess with me jerky kids! ;-)
Had a great week food wise. Continue to make smart decisions. Lay off the sugar, no bread, stick to lots of fruits and veggies, plan ahead. The only bad part is that my stomach is paying for all of this healthy eating. Let's just say les toilettes and I have become great friends this past week! ;-)
Hope you're all doing well!! xoxo

I'm so glad to see you back! Like a switch has been flipped. I got up to 25 pounds above my lowest weight...ugh...now I'm 10 pounds from my lowest. It feels so good to feel in control again, right?
