Super tight today. So strange! Woke up this morning, had my iced coffee at about 10:30, took two hours to finish it (20 ounces). Had a protein bar at 2pm. Just tried to have some nuts...I'm stuck. Bizarre! Even when I had some water (just before the nuts) I could feel that I was tight. This band is so damn finicky!
In other news....I weigh 195! It's interesting, once I got to 199, I was so nervous about what I ate, etc. because I didn't want that damn 200 number to show up on the scale. Now that I'm at 195, I'm not so worried anymore. It's so weird, it took me about a month and a half to lose 10 pounds, yet I've lost nearly four this week. No fill...nothing different. Just weird band.
I'm headed to Connecticut to hang out with my friend Becky and see our friends band - actual musical band, not lap band ;-).
On the dating front, I gave my number to the boy I'm talking to on e-harmony, so hopefully he'll call and we can move to an actual date! Keep those fingers crossed for me!

ReplyDeleteI hope you go out on a in person date soon! 195 is awesome! The whole sporadic weight loss thing drives me crazy. My band has been really tight in the morning since my last little fill - it's getting finicky too.

Go for it! Is this boy in your town or nearby at least? Eharmony has a tendency to make you look 'globally' and I had people from Utah or S Carolina when I lived in TX, not so conducive to dating, you know! Hope it works out and he calls! Have a fun trip too.

Yeah, I hear you on the 199 weight going on. It's almost a relief when we keep slipping under - like it would take longer to hit that 200 should we - heaven forbid - ever go back up (NOT HAPPENING!!! lol)

Have fun and focus on whether YOU like him and don't worry what he thinks of YOU. (That was a key realization I had towards the end of my dating life, you may already know it, but it helped me calm down so much about dating!!)

ReplyDeleteHola lady! 195 is super freaking awesome !! It's funny you mentioned the whole being afraid to go back to 200 I've been fearing that as well. Unfortunately I havent been so lucky and havent moved from 197 at all in the past week. Hopefully todays fill will get things moving !!
