Picture Post!
So, I had camp this weekend. Had such an amazing time as usual! The picture above is of the front ensemble (my section). I know I'm slightly hidden (that's me towards the middle in the white) - this was our "silly" photo. The great thing about this picture for me is it's the first time I've looked at a picture and not seen myself as fat. I honestly don't think I look above average in weight in this photo and that rocks!!
This is a picture my friend Penny took of me at camp, I wasn't ready (e.g., smiling), but so glad she took it. Again, I look at my legs in this picture and feel great! I don't feel HUGE!

These are just two instrument pictures to give you all a bit of a better understanding of what I play in the drum corps.
Ha! I DID NOT wear this at drum corps this weekend. BUT, it is the great suit that Tracy gave me for Vegas. You ladies are always so brave with your bathing suit pictures, so I decided to post this one. Ugh, HATE the bat wings! Wish that contour of my arm did not include fat, but oh well. The price of losing weight!

ReplyDeleteYou look fantastic in the swimsuit! Glad you had fun at band camp. I wrote a story once about teenage pregnancy, and one of the girls I interviewed named her baby Zildjian. As if that kid's life wasn't going to be tough enough...
