Holy Shnikies!!
My seven month anniversary from starting the pre-op was on Saturday and I've lost 90 pounds as of this morning. I'd been flirting with 193 for the last two weeks and finally hit it today. Yeah! I have my fill today so I'm excited to chat with them and hopefully get a tiny tweak. I feel like I'm so close to my sweet spot but that I'm working the heck out of this band and that little bit might help get me firmly in the green zone. I'm nervous because of the folks that have had issues lately with a fill of just .1 but I'll talk it through with the Doc/Gaspar and see what they think.
Nicole sent me three pairs of jeans yesterday. She rocks!! Today, my bum is tucked inside of a pair of Arden B size 32 jeans! The last time I wore jeans that had those funky numbers, I was in the 8th grade and my mom bought me my first (and last) pair of Guess jeans! Thanks Nicole (aka jean fairy)!
Attention NYC ladies (and those who are willing to travel), we're planning a bandster brunch for Sunday March 7th. Dos Caminos, prickly pear margaritas anyone? Let me know if you're in by this Sunday and I'll make the reservation.
Girl you are rocking those jeans!!! You look so great. 90 lbs in a year is amazing, you continue to be such an inspiration to me. I can't wait to make a trip to NYC so we can finally meet!

ReplyDeleteYou're little now! How awesome! I'll be gone for bandster brunch on the 7th though. Things are just so chaotic i couldnt plan anything before i left, but i'll be back for work trips and will let y'all know if one of my trips falls on a weekend and we can do another bandster brunch!

*WOW* I think Nicole's clothes make us look fabulous! Your legs are so tiny in that picture! How I envy your height! I would come the 7th if Nicole was going to be here, but I don't want to travel to the big scary city alone :( Maybe the next one!!

ReplyDeleteLook at you!! Skinny mini and the smile says it all!!! I can't make it on Sunday!!! So sorry (jealous as hell!!! but I think a few thousand dollars and a 14 hours of flying might be a bit much for lunch :( ) 90 lbs is like nearly 13 lbs a month...awesome.
