The jetlag still lives. BOO! Hoping to fall asleep early tonight. The sad part is that 1am will beat every other night this week. UGH!
But today was a good day.
Breakfast: 1/3 cup of greek yogurt and berries and iced coffee
Lunch: (Meeting) they had sandwiches, so I removed the bread and had about two ounces of ham, an ounce of mozzarella cheese with a tomato and two small bags of carrots
Snack: 1/3 cup greek yogurt and berries, small handful of nuts
Dinner: veggie chili and a salad
One small peppermint patty for dessert
Good day! Only bad thing is that I'm eating so many fruits and veggies that I'm having some stomach issues of the bathroom variety. But, I'm feeling healthier and my body will readjust. I have my fill tomorrow. Very excited!!

I have been meaning to tell you a million things. But I am so glad you are back and bloggin and you better not stop again. I will find you...just like i need to find angie and kick her ass as well. I broke my no weighing streak today and saw 177 on the scale bc I have been eating like a crazy person...and I actually thought...hell...maybe I should gain 3 more pounds so Jenny and I can be the same weight! hahah...yeah. But it should be a little comforting to know that you and I are still pound sisters. Together always :)
