Lifestyle Changes

I weighed in at 197.6 Sunday morning. I ate more than my share of points last week due to multiple nights out drinking, etc. I figure the number was a fake - even though I stepped on and off the scale three times and still saw the same number, but I was pretty sure I was dehydrated so it wasn't "real". That being said, I counted it! I weighed this morning and was up so my goal is to drink a ton of water today and I'll workout when I'm home tonight.

The hilarious part was when I entered my weight on the watchers site, I was admonished for losing too fast. 13.6 in five weeks. Too bad there isn't a checkmark that says "have a lapband!"

I'm really liking the program. I'm eating a ton of fruits and veggies and sticking to a good workout regimen. Feels like its definitely becoming a habit. 22.6 left to goal. I have a girls trip in May. It would be great to do it by then!
